When you are planning your wedding, your venues will obviously be high on your list of priorities. Whether you choose to marry in a church, have a garden wedding or choose a completely different venue (like several thousand feet up whilst sky diving!!), you will most likely move on from that venue to another venue for the reception. There are so many beautiful wedding venues WA wide that the only trouble you are likely to have is choosing one!

When choosing your venues, consider whether you want to be indoors or outdoors. Take into consideration things like seasonal weather conditions, nearby accommodation for the wedding guests who you have on your ‘must be there’ list but live a long way away, transport to the ceremony and the reception, etc. Western Australia is a huge place but if planned carefully most wedding venues WA can be reached quite easily.

•   Ningaloo Reef – on the beach, a boat or maybe even underwater

•   Ayres Rock – the red centre at sunset or even sunrise for the early risers can make for some truly awesome wedding photos

•   Hot air ballooning over the Swan Valley and then on to one of the numerous wineries for the reception

So why not have some fun in the planning stage and visit some of the possible wedding venues WA that you are considering and maybe even some of those you were not. If you approach it with an open mind, you never know, you may come across something magical that you’ve never considered before.
